Georgia's New Senator: The Same Zell Miller We've Always Known
I continue to read letters and editorials in the Atlanta Constitution that say, "Who is this Zell Miller who's gone to Washington?" and, "Why is Zell Miller acting like a Republican?" I'm puzzled by their comments because I am the same Zell Miller I've always been.


Senator Miller criticizes Army's decision to let all soldiers wear black berets
Senator Zell Miller today criticized the Army's plan to make wearing black berets standard throughout all units. In June the Army plans to do away with distinctive elements among units, and make black berets standard wear for active and reserve soldiers regardless of experience.
